All individuals registered under the Arogya Raksha Yojana Plan are entitled to several healthcare benefits. Arogya Raksha Yojana is a comprehensive healthcare Plan that offers:

• Free Out patient consultation
• Generic Medicines at special rates through from Network Hospital pharmacies and
BBiocare PPharmacies
• Diagnostic tests at fixed discounted rates at Network Hospitals & approved diagnostic ccenters
• Medical Admission (Hospitalization not leading to surgery)
• Surgical treatment for over 1600 types of surgeries

100% cashless facility for surgical treatment and medical admissions up to the covered amount.

I. Surgical Cover

• More than1600 types of listed surgeries such as Hernia, Appendicitis, Hysterectomy and eeven Cardiac Bypass are covered under the Plan.
• The Plan covers both pre and post-operative surgical treatments.

II. Medical Cover

Hospitalization not leading to surgery covered

Three days of hospitalization - this includes charges towards room, professional fees and routine investigations

Medicines and consumables to be paid for by patient

Notes:

• Treatment to be availed of at Network Hospitals only
• Treatment in General ward only - No upgrades allowed
• Individual members can avail one admission per year (Maximum 3 hospital days).
• Members who have enrolled under the ‘Family Package’ are eligible for a maximum of 50% of the total number of enrolled family members. (For e.g. if a family has 12 enrolled members they are eligible for a total of 6 admissions per year (Maximum 18 hospital days) with each member eligible for not more than 2 admissions per year).
