The Arogya Raksha Yojana Plan has a network of 20 hospitals. Selection of Network Hospitals is based on definite parameters.

Criteria for selection of Network Hospitals

1. Network Hospitals need to be easily accessible.
2. The Hospital/Nursing Home needs to have a minimum of 15 beds.

OT/ICU facilities
• Major/minor OT, equipped to carry out surgical procedures and emergencies.
• Surgical and medical ICU with a minimum of 5 beds equipped with critical medical care such as central oxygen line, suction apparatus, defibrillator etc.

Diagnostic facilities

• Fully equipped Laboratory for biochemistry, microbiology, and hematology.
• X-Ray machine with minimum capacity of 60 MA
• Ultrasonography

Staff

• Surgeon with MS qualification and minimum 3 years experience
• General Physician
• Qualified and experienced nursing staff round the clock
• Resident doctors, with minimum MBBS round the clock.

Administration

• Dedicated counter and staff for the Arogya Raksha Yojana Plan.
• Medical Records Department
• Computer
• Dedicated telephone/fax line
