Intellectual Profile of 6000+ Personnel
Biocon, Syngene and Clinigene together employ over 6000 qualified personnel - from biologists, chemists, medical practitioners, pharmacologists, engineers, finance/legal/marketing analysts, HR generalists to general administrators. 5% of our employees have PhD degrees, 48% have master's degree in science or management and the remaining are graduates with bachelor's degree in science, commerce or arts. 13% of Biocon employees are women (across the group). The annualized employee attrition for Q3 FY 2011-12 is 25%. The average age of an employee is 30 years.
