Detailed Job Description
Annual & Monthly Business Planning
Establish and maintain the Regulatory Affairs department with associated documentation support activities, plan activities, organizes resources to achieve functional objectives, monitor budgets, update changing regulatory guidelines and ensure and upgrade continuous regulatory compliance w.r.t. cGMP and the development and analysis of Biological.
Management of Dossier compilation & Submission
Ensure compilation and internal review of regulatory dossiers (ANDA, CTD etc.) as per schedule and their timely submissions to the customer countries; ensure availability of regulatory guidelines and inputs to relevant TSG functions, provide support to Biological drug development, Analytical Services and Technology Transfer wrt regulatory documentation and compliance etc IN ORDER TO ensure project completion as per plan. Ensure the preparation of queries on regulatory documentation. To establish and implement effective systems, SOPs & processes within RAD. Coordinate with cross functions within TSG & plants for manufacturing license and to meet Regulatory requirements and compliance related to central & state agencies in India Support regulatory requirements for renewals & variations during the life cycle of the product for dossiers filed in all markets .Liaise with key external & internal customers to meet regulatory requirements Provide regulatory intelligence and training on regulatory requirements and create database for regulatory guidance documents for global markets.
