Rice Kheer: For one person
Ingredients
Toned Milk- 200ml
Rice 25gm
Cardamom/Kevda Essence- ½ tsp
Sugar-free sweetener- 2 tsp
Method:
- Soak rice in water. After one hour, drain off the
water and dry on a cloth. Now roast the rice till
light brown.
- Add milk to it and boil till cooked, remove from
flame.
- Add sweetener and Essence.
- Serve either hot or cold.

2. Golden Glow:
For one person
Ingredients:
Papaya pieces- 100 gm
Sugar-free sweetener- 2 tsp.
Ice cubes- 4-5
Water- ½ cup
Method:
Blend papaya pieces, add sweetener and water in a
blender and immediately serve with ice cubes in a glass.
Note: No cooking is required, serve immediately.

3. Apple Rabdi: For
one person
Ingredients
Toned Milk-200 ml.
Apple (grated) – 100 gm
Cardamom powder- ½ tsp.
Sugar-free sweetener- 3 tsp.
Saffron- Two strands in tsp. Milk
Method
- Boil the milk in a thick-bottomed pan till thick.
- Remove from flame and let it cool now.
- Add the grated apple, cardamom powder, sweetener
and kesar.
4. Serve cold.
Note: Grate the apple when rabdi is ready.
Other fruits can also be added to this preparation.

4. Gajar Halwa: For
one person
Ingredients:
Toned Milk –150 ml
Carrot (grated)- 100 gm
Cardamom powder- ½ tsp
Sugar-free sweetener – 4 tsp.
Method 1:
- Cook grated carrots on medium flame with milk for
10-25 min. or as required.
- Remove from flame and add sweetener and cardamom
powder.
- Serve hot.
