Head, R&D and Regulatory Sciences

Mr. Manoj Kumar Pananchukunnath is the Head of R&D and Regulatory Sciences at Biocon. He joined Biocon in 2020.

Manoj brings over two decades of experience in product development and regulatory sciences. He has extensive R&D experience in formulations development and device development. He is equally proficient at setting up R&D units and managing large teams across geographies.

Before joining Biocon, Manoj worked with Gulf Pharmaceuticals in UAE as Chief Scientific Officer.  He has also held leadership positions at Mylan Inc, Jubliant Organosys Ltd, Dabur Research Foundation and Ranbaxy.

Manoj has an M.Pharm from the Delhi University.
