If you violate any part of this Terms of Use, your right to access and/or use the Service Content and Website shall automatically terminate and you shall immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Service Content.
2. Trademarks. The Biocon name and logos are trademarks and service marks of Biocon (collectively the “Biocon Trademarks”). Other product and service names and logos used and displayed via the Website may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to Biocon. Nothing in these Terms of Use or the Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any of Biocon Trademarks or any other trademarks, service marks or logos displayed on the Website, without our prior written permission in each instance. The Biocon Trademarks shall not be used to disparage Biocon or the applicable affiliate or licensor, Biocon’ or third-party’s products or services, or in any manner (using commercially reasonable judgment) that may damage any goodwill in the Biocon Trademarks. 1. The provisions of this section 7 should be read carefully as they exclude or limit our legal liability in connection with your use of this Website.

Liability which we do not exclude or limit. Nothing in these Terms of Use will limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer or exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. We are unable to guarantee the confidentiality or security of any data passing via the Website. Accordingly, your use of the Website is at your own risk.

These Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between us and you with respect to their subject matter. 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), whether in contract or tort or otherwise, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings in relation to the Website or these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.
