Setting New Standards in Upskilling with DE & I Initiatives and Introducing Augmented Reality Tools at Biocon Academy:

Biocon Academy is pioneering a transformative journey by incorporating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as fundamental skills for our students. We are proud to be one of the first institutes in the country to integrate DEI into student education.

In keeping with our commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, Biocon Academy has introduced its inaugural Augmented Reality (AR) tool using HoloLens. This cutting-edge technology allows users to learn, interact, and collaborate remotely from any location worldwide. To extend the benefits of this initiative nationwide, we have conducted two sessions featuring interactive demonstrations on the HPLC device and the applications of microscopy in the pharmaceutical industries.

With the goal of continually enhancing skills, the Academy has organized several training programs for alumni currently employed in various companies. To date, seven sessions have been conducted.
